Organic 100% Edamame Spaghetti with Garlic Broccoli sauce (Vegan)

How to Make:


1 Steam chopped broccoli florets until tender
2 Sauté chopped garlic and chili pepper in a pan with vegetable oil and for about 2 minutes or until fragrant.
3 Add steamed broccoli florets and vegetable stock into the pan and cook for 10 minutes. Add salt if using unsalted vegetable stock to taste.
4 Mash broccoli florets, stir to mix and continue cooking until sauce thickens.
5 Cook Organic 100% Edamame Spaghetti from The Un-Possible KitchenTM in salted boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain, if desired.
6 Add the spaghetti, some ground pepper to taste, and mix well with garlic broccoli sauce.
