

Organic 100% Edamame Spaghetti with Garlic Broccoli sauce (Vegan)

Ingredients:
- 150g broccoli florets (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 150ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small chili pepper pod (finely chopped)
- Sea salt
- Ground Pepper
- 100g Organic 100% Edamame Spaghetti from The Un-Possible KitchenTM
How to Make:
1 | Steam chopped broccoli florets until tender |
2 | Sauté chopped garlic and chili pepper in a pan with vegetable oil and for about 2 minutes or until fragrant. |
3 | Add steamed broccoli florets and vegetable stock into the pan and cook for 10 minutes. Add salt if using unsalted vegetable stock to taste. |
4 | Mash broccoli florets, stir to mix and continue cooking until sauce thickens. |
5 | Cook Organic 100% Edamame Spaghetti from The Un-Possible KitchenTM in salted boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain, if desired. |
6 | Add the spaghetti, some ground pepper to taste, and mix well with garlic broccoli sauce. |
