Organic 100% Black Bean Spaghetti with Coconut Sauce and Peppers (Vegan)

How to Make:


1 Rub olive oil on sliced bell peppers and grill several minutes per side on an electric grill.
2 Pour coconut milk into a saucepan, add water, sea salt, minced garlic, and tapioca starch and heat on medium low. Stir frequently until the mixture starts to boil and thicken.
3 Cook Organic 100% Black Bean Spaghetti from The Un-Possible KitchenTM in salted boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain, if desired.
4 Add grilled bell peppers into the coconut garlic sauce, toss with cooked spaghetti and serve.
