Organic 100% Edamame Noodles – Ramen Style

  • 175g chicken breast meat (sliced)
  • 750ml chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic for stock, 1 tsp for chicken breast meat
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil for stock, 1 tbsp for chicken breast meat
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 8 ears of baby corn
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs (halved)
  • ground black pepper
  • sea salt
  • 100g Organic 100% Edamame Noodles from The Un-Possible KitchenTM

How to Make:


1 Season the sliced chicken breast with a mix of minced garlic, vegetable oil, sea salt, and ground black pepper (to taste)
2 Grill the chicken breast in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from the oven and cover with foil until ready to serve.
3 Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a saucepan. Add the minced garlic and ginger and cook for a few minutes until softened. Add the soy sauce, sauté for a few seconds and then add the stock. Bring to a boil.
4 Cook the baby corn for 4-5 minutes in salted boiling water.
5 Cook Organic 100% Edamame Noodles from The Un-Possible KitchenTMin salted boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain, if desired.
6 Assemble the ramen bowls: pour cooked stock into the bowl, place cooked noodles into the stock, add sliced chicken breast, halved hard-boiled eggs, chopped chili pepper (or scallions) and baby corn.
