

Organic 100% Edamame Fettuccine with Pesto (Vegan)

Ingredients:
- 2 cups basil leaves
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese (or 3 tbsp nutritional yeast)
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 100g Organic 100% Edamame Fettuccine from The Un-Possible KitchenTM
How to Make:
1 | In blender or a food processor, blend basil leaves, nuts, garlic, and parmesan cheese or substitute with nutritional yeast for vegans. |
2 | Add sea salt, ground black pepper and extra virgin olive oil and pulse several times more. |
3 | Cook Organic 100% Edamame Fettuccine from The Un-Possible KitchenTM in salted boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain, if desired. |
4 | Toss cooked fettuccine with pesto and serve. |
